Purchase Orders: An official signed, hardcopy document is required for all except credit card purchase orders. These are accepted by mail, fax or email only. In order to process a purchase order from a new customer, we must receive credit and bank references. We will be unable to process the order until we have obtained favorable reports from your creditors. Since we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, you may process your order by credit card until your creditors respond to our requests. Failure to meet our Net 30 payment terms will cause the account to become prepay.
Manufactured Equipment and Inventory Orders Over $5,000.00
All orders totaling $5,000.00 or more will require a 50% deposit (25%
non-refundable) with the
purchase order, 25% payment on the balance prior to shipping and the remaining
25% net 30. This policy is for customers with established credit with us. For
international orders and customers on prepay only, we require 50% deposit (25%
non-refundable) to accompany the purchase order and the balance
paid prior to shipment.
Confirming Orders: Confirming orders are not required on established accounts. Please be sure that all confirming orders are clearly marked "CONFIRMING", otherwise returns of duplicate shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Standing Orders: Standing orders are accepted to enable you to schedule, at your convenience, the delivery of items used in quantity. Please contact us for details.
Blanket Orders: We accept blanket orders issued by your purchasing department. Limits and conditions are set by them. When placing an order, please specify that you are using the blanket order.
Minimum Order: $25.00 Terms: Net 30 days for established customers
International Minimum: $100.00 merchandise, $25.00 administrative fee and
$25.00 wire transfer fee if applicable.

Our order desk is open from 8:00AM to 4:25PM Eastern Time Monday through
Friday. Orders may also be placed by FAX or e-mail 24 hours/day, 7 days
a week or by leaving a message on our answering machine. If requesting
information by FAX, please supply e-mail address.

Shipping Information:
After we receive your order, most orders for in stock items are processed,
packed and shipped within one business day. A minimal handling charge is assessed in
addition to
the actual shipping charge.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, which in most cases is CLIFTON PARK, NY. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless the customer requests collect or C.O.D. shipment.
All motor freight, air freight and Federal Express orders are shipped freight collect. Restricted articles (such as flammables, chemicals and poisons) are shipped according to FAA, IATA or shipping company's rules.
Damage Claims:
Any claims for damage during shipment must be made directly to the
shipping company. Outer wrapping must be saved for the company's inspection.
Foreign Orders:
Please order directly from our agent when
there is one for your country. If there is no agent, please request a quotation
before ordering. Payment is by check in advance drawn in US dollars on
US bank. We also accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Please supply
your account number and expiration date. Shipping is billed Federal Express, UPS
or DHL Collect. For all countries, all customs
charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Discontinued Products:
Any items listed in our printed catalogs, but not on our website may be
assumed to be discontinued. This is particularly true of resale items,
which are generally discontinued by their manufacturers. Discontinued items
made by us can in many cases be supplied to order.
The products in our catalog are intended for use in a laboratory environment and only as directed. Proper use of the products is the customer's responsibility. These products are not intended for clinical, drug, food or household use.
Guarantee:
All durable goods manufactured by us are guaranteed against defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Manufacturers' warranties
apply to resale items.
